Client Online Access - Downloading Documents

We have recently added functionality to our website that allows our clients to download documents saved to our files. This includes documents such as Statements of Claim, Instalment Orders, Examination Results, Writ Results etc.

Below are 2 screen shots on a demonstration account on how you can access this.

The first screen shot shows you to the documents table, displaying a list of documents that are available for download. You simply select your documents you want to download. You access this screen through screen shot 2 taken from Debt Details.

The second screen shot  is taken from the Debt Details screen where you would track the progress of your debt. On this screen is a new button called Documents. This button is located on the right hand side just below the payments button and just above the History Notes.
