LCollect Certified for ISO 9001 (2008) Quality Assurance....

LCollect has gained Quality Assurance certification under ISO 9001 (2008) for the Provision of Debt Collection. This provides our clients with additiional reassurance and comfort that we can meet and exceed their expectations and that we have an ongoing commitment to continuous improvement and excellence.

To attain this Quality Assurance Certificate, LCollect was reviewed by an external & independent auditor (DNV) and uses policies and procedures that are industry best practice. To maintain Quality Assurance, LCollect is under a continuous review / auditing program by DNV and is committed to a system of continuous improvement and execellence.

The audit report from the Certification process gave a commendation to LCollect for the system in place;
 "An excellent client management/data base has been developed and implemented. System procedures are clear and effectively implemeneted".
