A global IT and business service company CGI
has successfully secured a $58 million contract with the Queensland Government for the provision of a debt recovery solution.
State Penalties Enforcement Registry ("SPER
") is working with CGI to provide a single integrated solution that they hope will reduce collection, the age of debt and use some sophisticated analytical data to drive automation.
The service is expected to be rolled out in the second half of 2017.
