If you are a frequent visitor to our website, you may have noticed a small change recently.


On our website we have introduced a notification box that we will be using to create awareness about various local, national and international events which may be impacting a persons ability to service their debt.

We are being proactive in assisting people impacted by COVID

This notification box encourages contact so we can better understand a persons situation and actively work with them so as to avoid further contact during periods where a person may be under extreme stress and hardship.

Along with our approach to vulnerable persons, this is an area that we are working particularly hard in and will continue to develop our policies and procedures to ensure that those people who need assistance can easily reach out to us and be put in touch with the proper support systems.
