IF IT'S FLOODED: FORGET IT
With more wet weather predicted across NSW in the coming days, we are aware of the impact that local flooding can have on communities.
We are again providing moratoriums to those in flood impacted areas effective immediately and have attempted to identify those areas that are at significant risk. Due to the large and ever changing nature of the emergency situation, there may be times where we have contacted a customer to discuss their account however we will attempt to avoid this wherever possible.
We urge everyone to be vigilant and to follow the advice from emergency services.
