With the flood situation rapidly changing across South East Queensland and eastern NSW, we are aware of the impact that this can have on our customers.
We have now launched our Disaster Assistance Program (DAP) where we will attempt to limit contact to those in flood-impacted regions. Due to the constantly changing situation there may be times when we have contacted people to discuss their account or sent them a payment reminder however we will attempt to limit this as much as possible.
As we have in the past, moratoriums are being provided where required and we again plead with people to be safe and follow instructions and advice from emergency personnel.

Update 01/03/2022: Our response and DAP now applies to areas across northern NSW. Update 03/03/2022: Response has been extended to eastern NSW
